For businesses, which do not have in-house counsel, we serve as general counsel and stand accessible to provide legal counsel to the senior management on demand on any legal matter that may arise, and throughout the life of the business. As a single point of contact for all legal matters to function as an integral part of the executive management team, we arrange fixed price retainers to provide clients with advice on routine matters.
